    Performance failure or malfunction that occurs under normal use condition within the warranty period (1 year) from the date of purchase.

    Failure of the same part within 3 months after repair by COSTEL Customer Center service engineer.

    Product malfunction beyond the warranty period

    Product malfunction due to intention or negligence of the customer who purchased the product

    Installation change due to transfer or moving of malfunctioning product caused by repairs or remodeling by those other than COSTEL engineers

    Product malfunction due to natural disasters (fire, earthquake, flood, lightning, etc.), the expiration of the product’s shelf-life or product damage or loss due to the customer’s negligence

  • Service Charge

    The service charge consists of the sum of travel expenses, repair costs, and parts costs.

    Charged when a visit is requested and regardless of the product repair, a basic visit fee of 20,000 won, and a visit fee of 25,000 won for refrigerators and some items will be charged.
    ( Service visit hours are from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM on weekdays. ※ No visits on holidays and weekends.)
